The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. Some videos cannot be embedded, and some browsers limit autoplay. We do not guarantee that any player or link will work.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the site or from third-party content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the site, which is zero.
Intellectual property
The site's design, copy, and code are owned by the site operator or used with permission. You may use the tool for personal or internal business purposes. You may not republish the site or present it as your own without permission. Video content remains the property of its owners.
Changes and availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the site at any time, and may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the site operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your country.
